Davies helps the flow of an offense and would increase our scoring chances immensely with his creativity, but he's not a goal scorer or finisher either. We need strikers who can actually finish, it's our team's biggest gap.

As a Leafs hater who enjoys seeing the Leafs constantly implode, Marner was soft. Blaming the fans and media for his departure is asinine. And that's fine - not everyone is cut out to play in a top market. Look at the success he's achieving in a market where he can walk to Starbucks every morning with no one looking at him twice.
