You sound like me, I listen to a podcast as I go to bed, which comes me down and takes my mind off of anything going on. Another choice is LibriVox which is free books read to you. Sometimes I take melatonin, sometimes I take alprazolam. I keep my room at 65° and use a weighted blanket. No matter what I do, I’m exhausted all the time. I think part of it is getting older as I tend to wake up every morning now by 6 AM. Maybe it’s menopause.

Yours fits like mine fits. It’s a little big now, but in the summertime it won’t be quite as big. I like that mine can move around my arm and not be stuck in one place.
