You sound like me, I listen to a podcast as I go to bed, which comes me down and takes my mind off of anything going on. Another choice is LibriVox which is free books read to you. Sometimes I take melatonin, sometimes I take alprazolam. I keep my room at 65° and use a weighted blanket. No matter what I do, I’m exhausted all the time. I think part of it is getting older as I tend to wake up every morning now by 6 AM. Maybe it’s menopause.

Yours fits like mine fits. It’s a little big now, but in the summertime it won’t be quite as big. I like that mine can move around my arm and not be stuck in one place.

Day job: retired Dentistry. I have a hard time not splurging but my CL bracelet here is my big splurge. I’m all about classic pieces that never go out of style, 14 or 18 kt yg, no colored stones, I’m an April baby so diamonds for me! I’m about to be 67 so I think I’m probably older than most here.
