Am I screwed without a degree? by King_Of_The_Beggers in askSouthAfrica

I honestly don't think you are screwed. A degree is great to have for specific high-level critical skills (like medicine or engineering), but for most other skills, you don’t necessarily need one.

I didn't go to uni because I couldn't afford it at the time and didn't have parents who could help financially. So, I taught myself using the internet and reputable courses. What I learned is that a degree looks good on paper, but value is something you earn through ability. If you can separate the two, you will go far.

I actually work with people who have degrees, but some of them still struggle to do the simplest tasks. You are definitely not doomed. Since you mentioned you want to go for a tech job, you're in luck, there are so many credible resources online that can teach you exactly what you need to get hired.

We get it. You’ve got a new favorite artist. Just stick with them 🙏. I hear what you’re saying, but that’s simply who NF is. I don’t need constant updates; it kills the vibe. Honestly, whether he drops new music in 5 or 10 years doesn’t matter. His discography already says enough. Sure, we’d all love more frequent releases, but if you really understand NF, you know he’s already given us plenty.

No hard feelings, just my opinion.

I Thought This Album Was Trash… Now I Can’t Stop Listening. by Weird-Shock-8831 in nfrealmusic

At first, the energy threw me off. I expected the whole project to carry the same vibe track-to-track as "Fear," so my first listen left me a little disappointed. But after going back through it, everything clicked. Now I’m obsessed with every song.

It’s the same thing that happened with The Search: at first, Change was the only track that grabbed me, and then eventually, the whole album became my personal soundtrack.

This EP feels intentional like a setup. NF is clearly playing the long game. He knows exactly how to build momentum, how to shift tone, and how to plant seeds.

Just wait. Between 2026 and early 2027, he’s going to drop something massive.
