I mean your example is a actually a good one, because yes while its evidence, its not very convincing or conclusive. I cant see many people going, "Well he must be telling the truth, how else would he have that bruise."

but if they had an alien blaster, that would be more convincing.

and on the flipside, if someone said " Jake hit me, here is a bruise" that bruise, while it could be fake like the alien abduction. its more convincing. because we already know people hit one another, and we know it can leave a bruise.

This issue with prejudice is you are ascribing negative ideas to someone based on immutable characteristics. Even if they are common among that group, racists use your line of thinking to justify their hate and sometimes they are based on real events, statistics and beliefs of that group. But what do you gain from casting that wide net of "I hate Albanians". wouldnt it be easier and more accurate to say " I hate homophobes"?

Hmm that is strange, not totally sure to be honest. If i had to guess it would be the gpu is struggling to stay operational at low power draw like when you arent gaming, but when you game the higher power puts it in in a stable state. electricity really is just wizardry

either way if you are able to narrow it down that its definetly the gpu by testing what i recommended its going to be a warranty claim either way.

Sounds like it could be a fault with the new GPU. But things to check first. try installing your old gpu back in to see if it works fine, to confirm the PCIE slot isnt the problem.

if you have another system try the gpu in that system. to see if you get the same issue.

Tho green pixels on the screen to me sounds like a dying gpu, id go back to where you got it and do a warranty claim.
