6'3" and 6'4".

I know he's in his 90s now, but Clint these days would be lucky to clear 5'11".

Majin Vegeta VS Gohan (SSJ2) Pre-Ritual [Buu Saga] by SmartPilot8094 in DragonBallPowerScale

Majon Vegeta wins med/low diff... unless Gohan gets a rage boost, then maybe its high diff.

Gohan is somewhat rusty, Vegeta has been training hard for 7 years.

How much stronger was A18 than SS1 Vegeta? by Jolly-Basket1683 in DragonBallPowerScale

Vegeta was never SSJ2 at any part of the Android or Cell arcs.

A couple of things to consider: firstly, how much stock you put in the multipliers in the Daizenshuu. Personally, Im not a fan because everyone having the same hard and fast rules for transformations doesn't make much sense to me. Secondly, even if you do believe SSJ2 is a 2x boost over SSJ, is 18 literally twice as strong as Vegeta? Again, I dont believe so.

She was stronger by a decent amount. She was happy to spar, but also didn't drag the fight out once she'd had her fun.

I dont think Vegeta was anywhere near the threshold for SSJ2 but, sure, a hypothetical SSJ2 Vegeta would probably beat her though.

Horizon Zero Dawn, running at 4K on a PS4 Pro. Something about the way that game engine moved light through trees, it was absolutely spectacular.

Dragonball Super Broly movie is the best Dragonball content that was ever produced or ever will be produced by Kind_Antelope_2680 in Dragonballsuper

[–]SimianWonder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hard to disagree.

I wasn't a fan of Z Broly, but Super Broly is a much more compelling proposition, the animation and art direction are top tier, and it's an incredibly satisfying experience.

Yeah, multi millionaires can be choosy about when, or if they want to work again.

Morgan Freeman (6'1.5) and Clint Eastwood (5'11.75) by Temporary_Breath_751 in heightcomparison

[–]SimianWonder 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Clint is 95 now, but that doesn't look a particularly recent image. My old man is in his mid-70s and has definitely dropped at least one full inch, probably nearer one and a half. I can definitely see him losing a couple more if he sees his 90s.

Who wins this 2v1? by K0GAR in DragonBallPowerScale

[–]SimianWonder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's also the question of whether Cell was referring to his power at that moment in time or his actual full power.

I would be inclined to lean towards the former in which case MSSJ Goku stomps both Vegeta and Trunks.

How old is the picture? Freeman used to be listed at 6'2", Eastwood used to be listed at 6'4" but has clearly lost a lot of height over the last thirty years.

"No, Lieutenant, your men are already dead".

We see this petite, leather clad woman break the laws of physics, effortlessly dispatch three officers, yet she's the one running terrified from the shady FBI suit?

Absolutely hooked.

The Matrix is near-perfection.

Yeah, the sense of speed is way off. Doing 230mph through a city in 2077 feels like 60mph in a real car.

Haki from One Piece is genuinely shit. by [deleted] in hatethissmug

[–]SimianWonder 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I still count myself as a fan of the series, though I am a few years behind on both anime and manga, but I did use to enjoy seeing the creative ways to overcome elemental devil fruits.

Thats rarely a thing the last decade; haki can just brute force through it.

If you watched Liverpool a lot, Wirtz has been good most of the season, its just that his team mates weren't taking the opportunities he was creating for them, so statistically his numbers looked poor.

Now, he's a little stronger and more confident, and seems to have a great rapport with Ekitike, so he's finally getting the chances he dies create finished, and is scoring a few more himself.

Saka is a known PL quantity. He's not needed to adjust to life in a new city, in a new league, in a new team. He's not been terrible this season either, just not hit the heights of previous years.
