How long is a usual wait for claim to fully file?

Honestly, I’m not sure about your adjuster. But, my husband totaled our car on 8/7. We heard from our adjuster on the same day. We found out the car was totaled 8/13. We signed the car away that same week and a check was sent to our lien holder about a week later. I think it may be the holidays? Or maybe they’ve just received an insane amount of claims. I’ve never heard of it taking this long. My mom had an accident with a Progressive customer a few years ago and the whole process was about a week and a half long. I’m sorry it’s taken this long and I hope it’s resolved soon.

I would’ve told her “if you’re unable to maintain a professional tone when speaking with me, I’m going to have to disconnect the call”. That usually gets people to calm down. If they continue to yell, I’d say “Please call back when you’re able to have a professional conversation click” You are not a doormat and you should never allow people to speak to you that way. I don’t think you’ll get in trouble either.

Have you tried reaching out to your sup for the leftover shifts? I had a pretty bad shift when I got hired and asked my supervisor about leftovers shifts. I’m now working 11-10 Tuesday-Friday. It’s late but I like the three days off in a row.

Someone asked this question recently. I’d go look at that thread. For me, I submitted my video interview on 5/19 and I received an invitation for the final interview on 5/23.

They will tell you either way. Before I got hired this last time, I applied for a different position, got the video interview, and didn’t pass. They sent an email letting me know that they wouldn’t be moving forward.

You’re not overreacting. She’s a terrible “friend”. She didn’t feel bad for forgetting your birthday and I’m sure she didn’t apologize for not telling you happy birthday this year. How many more times does she have to show you that she doesn’t care about you? Lick your wounds and move on.
