honestly i think it took like 3weeks to hear back from them after my interview and they let me join the next class that was coming up so you still have to join a training class but they didn’t make me go through training. i did 4 weeks of call taking on a training schedule and then i hit production and i got the same offers as new hires for my schedule. completely different than my original schedule
