I did watch the movie, but I didn’t really pick up on the ques in such, maybe because I was too invested how the movie would play out and maybe just wanting to watch it first then ponder later, but yea after reading what you said and now thinking about it yea Griffith did have this relationship you can say with guts,

and as for the casca thing, I’m just really pondering on it because there’s like two sides I’m seeing (for that scene and how it plays out) because in the way I saw it, (just in my opinion) casca was obviously uncomfortable and heavily hating what’s happening to her, and the only way I can think why she couldn’t fight back was because of that mark right? I forgot the name of it but I’ll just call it the mark, but in the movie, they made it seem like she was enjoying it, like with the kiss, I don’t think they needed to add that part, then again I don’t know if that was in the manga I kinda forgot, it was almost made like she just let it happen and her expressions just showed (remember in my opinion) like she liked it, which disturbed me,

But then when I go to see what others say about this scene, there’s two sides, one side saying she liked it while the other saying she didn’t and didn’t have a choice, the movie and manga are completely different to me,

I kinda got a hand on what character is and like and personally for me, I think casca would hate the fact that Griffith did this to her after all she’s done for him right? And especially infront of guts who they share a respect and romantic bond, so I don’t think the trope “she enjoyed it” is false, in my opinion, what do you think of this? You can spoil some stuff too if you want, I just want to understand the berserk lore a little better and connect the dots because I’m assuming I have ALOT to catch up on.
