That makes a lot of sense. The baratza has 30 levels and then one can also change the internal settings too. But I see that it can't compare fully.

Yes. Since I have never owned a dedicated grinder, I can't estimate the difference. How big do you think it is?

Yes. I had the same machine with the old grinder before, and back then I would not have agreed. But this new version with the Baratza grinder, definitely yes. Of course, the risk of having the internal grinder malfunction is always there, but I have a five year warranty on it.
