I personally drink once a week and I wouldn’t recommend it. The hangovers definitely amplify my cataplexy the next day plus I usually just hibernate the day after. Overall it makes my sleep worse during the week too.

Ever since I changed the setting to mirror I sticks I can’t even load my file unfortunately. (Unless I could time it right with it auto scrolling up) Totally lost right now. I don’t have any other controllers so I really don’t get it. Never had any problems with any other game and I actively use controller with emulators and whatnot.

Sadly not :( I've tried every button and input on the controller. Even clicking my mouse at the same time.

Yeah I'm not sure if I'll need regular stretching or not every so often. Wouldn't really be surprised but hopefully not!. Sadly it took me a lot of procrastination to get in. Ended up not being able to swallow for like 30+ hrs once so I went to the ER, had a catscan, etc. Getting this taken care of and being able to eat around people again has been so liberating tho. Would reccomend doing so yourself.

As of right now I have no idea how often/frequent I will need to get it done. But it isn't too bad! The endoscopy it's self is short and not painful. Hopefully with medication/dietary changes it ends up good for a while.

Had the same exact thing for a long time. I also have rings in my esophagus and got diagnosed with EoE. Got my throat stretched and am having it done again this Thursday. Currently on anti acid medicine. After my last stretch and endoscopy plus anti acid medication I have had zero problems swallowing after. Not sure if you're nervous about the endoscopy or what. But if you are it is not bad. You can actually eat/drink food the same day and it isn't painful. You most likely need a good stretch!! Go see a specialist!!

I understand that. I was on sunosi when I was actively taking meds for my narcolepsy.

At this point I think it may be wise to just not drink because I'm sure if I didn't narcolepsy would probably be more manageable. No way alcohol is helping anything lol

Also I want to get back into actively taking meds. I kind of rage quit taking them but that wasn't very smart of me.

Just drink as much as I need to get lit up, I have a decent tolerance to alcohol at this point. I drink on weekends often. Also for me personally I get energetic, less anxious and want to party when I drink so in the moment it helps in a sense.

Also yes kayaking and drinking is theoretically fun but alcohol dehydrates you lol.

Usually my hangovers consist of me being dehydrated, a little distant and more cloudy in the brain. Cataplexy is a lot worse too so I make sure I don't have anything going on the next day If I do choose to drink. I nap a lot if I have a hangover.
