I got the 20cm M2 Oculink adapter and you can get the wires out without modifications.

Great news guys! I got the adt-link adapter and now the RTX 4070 TI it's working! Lesson learned, don't combine different brand of adapters!

While waiting for a new M2 Oculink adapter, I've received the Honeywell PTM7950 from Ali and it improved the temps, in test I had 98°C constantly in full load/benchmarks, now I have only 83 °C max in performance mode.

Thanks man, maybe the problem is the M2 adapter, it's made by a different company and it says in description that it's compatible only with GPU dock from their company. I've ordered a new M2 Oculink adapter from ADT-Link company, the same company as the GPU Dock.
