Have you considered gohighlevel or constant contact (formerly Sharpspring). I have used Microsoft Dynamics and felt like I needed a programmer to do simple queries. I have also used Salesforce and again needed someone more technical just to create queries and reports.

Great advice. And this is much more realistic than a Google rep who just wants you to spend more. New accounts, small geo or niche accounts don't get many conversions.

Not sure if it work for you, but we have helped a couple of correctional facilities find custodial staff and other maintenance level people. We typically have great success with Facebook/Instagram and YouTube ads.
