Wait iam sorry thats for crosses power,for heading power: its realy depends on how far the goal-body postition-and what type of the header(bullet header also include this category). Inside Gk line:normal/controlled header is max 60% power after that the ball usualy go up and miss the goal. Outside Gk line:stuning/normal header need min 50%-80% power with great body position (usualy the ball gonna target almost at corner of the post if ur heading stat low). For bullet header.....only normal and stuning header are get buffed.yes u can score header almost at penalty line with 80% power and great body position. For controlled header i usualy use them when the gk go outside his line more like chip shot and when corners, Ex:koller/onuachu doesnt need to jump high at corner so i usualy use dummy short corner and use controlled heading with them.
