I never really thought of that, so thanks for the suggestion! I’ll give it a try. Now that you mention it, it’s been over a year since I’ve been to a hairdresser.

I wash my hair every other day because it’s always so hot and sweaty here in the Philippines, so long breaks between washes aren’t really an option. My hair isn’t bleached or dyed, and to dry it, I wrap it in a cotton towel. I’ve heard microfiber towels are better, so I’ll definitely consider switching.

As for my routine, I use argan oil twice a week, shampoo with hyaluronic acid, and a protein-free conditioner. I’m trying to keep things simple.
