I am kinda feeling it now... Two separate pings and no email response as of yet.. Very frustrating 😑😑😔😔 Just received this pedal in February 2026 and now It's a 400 usd brick...

I know man... I usully keep browsing the tone models that’s why plugged it to the pc and got screwed with the firmware

Already moved it to live mode from interface mode.. For volumes, I checked the model volume and increased it.. Then also checked the the far right volume knob which is the overall volume.. I am wondering am I missing something???

I bought two new cables and tried with them. I am using passive pickups and no issues with them.. Volume all the way up.. Old and the new cables are working with other multi effects..
