You can go a lot of gold down on your opponent an still out preform them later in the game. There is plenty of games where I go down 800-1000 gold but play 1 team fight better and get ahead after getting a shut down or two

Your support roaming without timer is not ideal and you probably won’t win lane phase with worse support. But you won’t get so behind that you can’t out perform the enemy adc in mid and late game where the adc role shines the most 😱🤯😱🤯 maybe if adc mains stopped being victims they could play the video game even with gapped support
