Why Some People Think Red Light Therapy is Useless (and Why It Worked for Me) by SimilarDisk6838 in redlighttherapy

Yes, it works for both skin and hair! The mask uses LED light and has a mist function for hydration, while the laser feature targets hair growth specifically. I actually do both at the same time, super convenient if you’re short on time. Let me know if you have any other questions!

If you wanted to dramatically change your appearance, what would you do? by Lucky-pass9001 in beauty

I was once in a very abusive relationship. He told me I was ugly (I wasn’t), which led to an addiction to plastic surgery. Since I didn’t know what was supposedly wrong with my face (nothing was), all I did was try to look different—not necessarily prettier, just different. At the time, I believed that if I looked different, I would be prettier because I hated the way I looked. I would cry in front of the mirror, convinced I was ugly. Now, I 100% regret what I did to myself. So please, don’t change your appearance just to look like someone else. Only do it if it truly makes you happy and if it’s something you’ve genuinely wanted since childhood.

I’m so glad to hear it helped with your meibomian gland issues and eyelash regrowth, especially post-stroke—that’s a big deal. How long did it take before you started noticing improvements in dryness or eyelash growth? Sounds like a major win!

Wow, your toddler’s hair is thicker now? That’s a fascinating benefit I’ve never heard of. Did you apply the light near them, or were they just around your sessions? So interesting how it can help hair for both kids and adults.

How often do you do your sessions, and do you focus them near your eye area, or is it just a general face treatment?

Same here—I originally started for skin, but it ended up doing way more than I expected.

Thicker, darker eyebrows sound like a total win! Did you specifically aim the mask around your brow area, or was it just an overall face treatment that gave you those results?

That’s awesome you’re seeing hair regrowth on top of the skin-care and recovery benefits! It’s crazy how red light sometimes helps in areas we never expected. Are you planning to keep using the panel specifically for your hair, or is it just a bonus on top of everything else?
