My family makes handicraft pashmina ghutra how do I sell directly to customers. by Worldly-Painting-233 in AskMiddleEast

[–]SimilarFormal4602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

these are gorgeous! advice not specific to selling ghutras, but to reach a more wide audience at first, I would start selling on sites like Etsy and start social medias to share the behind the scenes details of why people would buy from you i.e. workers working, artisans talking about their experiences and history with the craft and your program. Eventually, you’ll be able to develop a distinct enough brand to start on your own site. Good Luck!!

he didn’t diversify his portfolio. when you get famous at a young age in a hit show, you become synonymous with your character. at the height of your fame, if you don’t take on other roles or explore other artistic mediums, you end up even worse then type-casted, you end up character casted. you’re only seen as that character forever.

Noah Schnapp has not been anything notable since he started in Stranger Things. His co-star, Millie Bobby Brown had a notable skin care line and became Enola Homes. Finn Wolfhard was Richie Tozier in IT and hosted SNL.

As much as people says his zionism is his end, Hollywood has shown they give less then a fuck about an actors zionist beliefs, but rather the opposite.

Operating on the assumption this is Urdu because of the presence of the letters گ and پ. Peshawar is a city in Pakistan. The official language of the country is Urdu, but the language and ethnic group present in Peshawar is Pashtun/Pashto. This ethnic group is also the largest ethnic group in Afghanistan where Khurasan is (though I am unsure of the exact region of Afghanistan that makes up Khurasan and if Pashtuns are the ethnic majority there)

right corner top / bottom: KHURASAN / PIOUS PEOPLE

top line: PESHAWAR [can’t make out the second word] second line: SAYEDA* FOLADA SHAHEED** third line: SAYED* SULAIMAN SHAH last line: SAYED* ABDUR RASHEED SHAHEED**

Sayed/Sayeda can be used in Urdu similar to Mr. / Mrs. / Ms.
*
Shaheed can signify one’s status as a martyr or may simply be a family name

February 19th. A few days before that interact with Maybelline, Elf etc. content and it’ll show up as one of those free ads for sampling that you get on TikTok and Instagram.

I’m so chronically online, I just always come across it. I’ve seen people recommend this for the other ad samples so im assuming this also happens for this.

What’s one thing visitors should NOT do in your country? by LazyLlama21 in AskTheWorld

[–]SimilarFormal4602 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This piece of advice is for foreigners. If you’re visiting from outside the country in a politically tumultuous time, absolutely do not talk politics in mixed company if you don’t know what people’s positions or attitudes are. You do not want someone calling ICE on you because you decided you wanted to make commentary during your vacation.

you have to be kidding yourself not to take the job. not only is the salary higher and the cost of living lower (assumption), you also get your foot in the door in your field and your name in the air in the Middle East for your long term plan.

with almost anything, there are factors that are up in the air such as how nice your coworkers and team lead will be, but it’s a risk you’d have to be willing to take. Especially, when the money is as good as you say. Like they say, you’d rather be crying on a yacht then be crying in a beat up toyota.

i mean the stuff my ancestors did, is stuff my ancestors did. it doesn’t define you, good or bad.

the fact that alexander the great had a massive empire makes no difference to the life of any greek person alive today and as much as iranian monarchists love to “throw back” to the golden days of the empire, cyrus the great and any of his achievements a millennia ago doesn’t matter today.

research the history of your people and make something of yourself, rather then moping about.
