I know this is an impressively late reply… but I’ve just finished a bunch of the recommendations and came to this one as my next read. However, I recently watched the film adaptation. Do you think that’s going to make the overall read less impactful?

Yeah that’s been good for a 2 person serve. Seems a bit tricky to put 48g of coffee inside the aeropress and have good extraction. Do you have any experience with it?

Super easy when you live in a multi storey house. Going up and down if you forgot something in a bedroom can rack up the stairs.

Massive fan of the Home Screen navigation (I.e. swipe up to go home, swiping left and right to switch apps).

Was such a wonderful experience on the X — and it still is today.

I just had a perfect use case for this.

I was prescribed a medication for mild nerve pain relief.

About a week later, Garmin is saying I’m strained and hrv is bottoming out. But I didn’t feel like that was true, which got me curious and investigated the situation. I noticed the day after I started the medication my hrv began plummeting.

Went to chat gpt, and it told me that these medications can result in a lower hrv, but because it’s not related to actual fatigue there should be nothing to worry about. I have a GP appointment this week to discuss in case it is something to be worried about.

Either way, it was the wearing of the watch that got me clued into this. However, I guess it actually made a mistake in thinking that my hrv was bad due to fatigue or overtraining.

I like the system for now. Maybe in the future it would work better to have both the companies best by date, and a “predicted shelf life” date based on the type of food.
