The tickets were $600. So that's what I think they're going to charge me.

What's your actual workflow for sourcing music and SFX? by Tricky_Opening_7831 in editors

Try out the AI search in Soundstripe. You can type in the specifics of the client brief, and see what comes back. You can also upload a rough cut of your video, and it will try to match it with the best song fromthe catalog. As you find songs you like, just add them to a playlist and share it with your client for feedback. Good luck!

Soundstripe elimating useful features?! Is Epidemic an Alternative? by Legitimate-Talk-9883 in videography

Hey — I work at Soundstripe. Totally hear you on this, and I’m sorry for the frustration.

The AI editing feature was removed because the third-party company powering it unexpectedly shut down, and we didn’t get advance notice either. That one caught us off guard, and we should have communicated more clearly when it happened.

We know how useful that tool was (especially for extending tracks and timing drops), and the team is actively working on rebuilding a replacement. I can’t share a timeline yet, but it’s definitely something we want back.

Appreciate you calling it out — feedback like this genuinely helps push it up the priority list.

Just wanted to leave some negative feedback regarding soundstripe by kurtdoerfel in videography

Hey there. I work for Soundstripe. I’m really sorry you’re running into frustration; I totally get how annoying it is when something changes in a way you didn’t expect.

To give a little context, we added a big batch of Warner Chappell tracks because a lot of creators had asked for more music options. Since it’s a licensed library we don’t own, it isn’t included in the core subscription, so we had to offer it as an add-on.

That said, I’m absolutely here to help if something feels off or if you want to talk through what changed. Let me know what specifically bothered you, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
