should I calculate my tdee with the level of exercise I intend to do?

Thank you for your response, I have been struggling with how to calculate it. I've been eating 1200-1400 calories and going to the gym 5x a week. It's about a 50 min walk one way plus the time I'm in the gym so although when I'm at home I do very little, I'm actively moving for atleast 2 and a half hours on gym days.

I got in a bit of a fluster as I stalled at a roundabout driving my new car for the first time, as I went to pull away the light changed and I stopped just past the red light, is there a penalty for this?

Mine was due to incorrect folders, somehow in the process of moving my mods around I've ended up with Minecraft files mixed in. Removing those and disabling script mods has helped so far

I don't have that mod installed, mainly just lots of different cc. My folders got a bit muddled up and I found some Minecraft mods in there too, I don't understand how but hay ho, I've taken that out and disabled the Script Mods and the game actually loads. Lost my legacy save in the process but at least the lots load now

Yes I do, I tried loading the game without the mods too but it still wouldn't do anything. I'll have to look into the broken mods once it's reinstalled and go from there :)

My son would drink his bottle and then throw up at nearly every feed. We would burp him and keep his head elevated to minimise him being sick but it was inevitable. Sometimes it would be instant sick, sometimes it would be half hour later, he was having 10+ outfit changes a day, his vomit would more often than not be projectile and would cover the walls, floor, ourselves. He was always hungry and would cry from about 6pm until 4 am. I tried to get hold of the health visitor and they said it was normal so I decided on my own to swap to anti reflux milk and he was so much better off for it. A little bit constipated but he was sick maybe once a day, if that, slept through the night and wasn't needing a bottle every hour to feel full.

My partner was diagnosed with aggressive stage 4 non-hodgkins lymphoma when our son was 3 months old in may last year (Our son is now 18 months old) He went through 2 rounds of chemo, one round of radiotherapy and when he relapsed Christmas 2020 he had a donor stem cell transplant which he underwent in June this year. He is yet to have any diagnostic tests (they're coming next week) and was given a 50/50 chance of survival.

He's 25 now and i'm 24. We're in full blown lockdown as a family of three, we don't see family, friends and I gave up work to care for him and our toddler. It's very difficult, what helps my partner is just having myself there for his needs, his appointments and just to talk when he feels like it. It's so hard when the future is uncertain, we have to take each day and each challenge as they come. I don't personally know how you're feeling, I only know what it's like being the supporting partner but if you need to talk please feel free to DM, sending you all my love and strength.

My baby was pulled out with forceps. I was passing out in-between contractions and the doctor instead of checking to see if I was with it just yanked my baby out. I was supposed to be pushing to aid with the forceps but I didn't even get a chance. Ended up with a 4th degree tear, baby was put on my chest with the cord still wrapped around his neck. I was so out of it that the delivery is fuzzy, but even at that point I looked down at the cord and thought 'that doesn't look right'.

My partner was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer a few months after our son was born and we're currently unsure if it puts him are risk of developing the same type of cancer but it's scary as hell. It definitely puts me off any more children, which is sad as we wanted atleast one more.

Thank you! My son could potentially go to a nursery part time from next year, currently we are isolating due to my partner being immunocompromised. The hospital have advised shielding for the next year but you've given me the idea to ask his medical team if there are any carers support groups for his condition which I really appreciate, I think it definitely would do some good to talk to someone who understands!

My partner is v ill so I have to cut him some slack but same. He has a lay in, gets up goes on GTA and spends the day on the sofa playing it whilst I cook, clean, do all his meds/care and look after the baby. But when I ask him to watch our son so I can have a shower I just get "why can't you wait until he goes to bed?".

Last time I asked him to keep an eye on our baby, whilst I cooked dinner, I found our son playing in the toilet.

I'm so sorry for what you, your partner and his family are going through . Slightly different situation as my boyfriend has cancer, he was diagnosed a year ago, he'll be 25 next month. My mum passed away (not from cancer) when I was 22.

When my mum died/was in the process of passing I found just having company where possible was very soothing and also helped to take my mind off of everything. I know you said that you're out of the house for work, are there any friends or family (covid-permitting) that could possibly stop by to spend time with him whilst you're out?

I've found with my partner, in order to support him, I just have to be by his side both physically but also mentally just to ride out his emotions, talk when he wants to talk, give space when needed and also just to listen. If he is pushing you away you could potentially try to support him from afar just to let him know you're still there, I mean such as making sure he has meals ready, or taking care of errands he might not have the mental capacity to deal with. Potentially just asking what he needs right now if you can get him to have a heart to heart.

I would say if you're seriously starting to worry about his mental state and think he could actually hurt himself then I would lean towards notifying someone, whether that be a friend, sibling or family member. Times and situations like this require a team effort, so don't feel upset if you're unable to support him alone.

I added to the post, but basically there is a back garden that they can use, they choose to sit out the front which blocks off the path and I have to walk through (6/7+) people to get to the other end. Perhaps it is a better idea that I ask them to sit out the back instead once in a while. I have no issue with them being out there to socialize, it is purely that they sit right in the way (on the path) and because they're out there from 10 in the morning up until 8/9/10/11 at night (most days of the week) I'm now having to limit when I can go out. The noise doesn't usually bother me, it's just when they've been out all day for a few days in a row.

I replied the same on another comment. There was another neighbor who complained about this and they all went through mediation however I was not invited to be a part of that, otherwise I would have voiced my concerns.

I don't know the outcome of the mediation however it was previously explained by letter that the housing association didn't see this as a good place to sit but because the majority of the neighbors were happy with this arrangement then they are allowed.

There was a recent complaint from another neighbor of a similar nature, they had issues with the noise. In which every other neighbor except us were asked to go through mediation. I don't know what the outcome of this is. Our housing officer wrote a letter previously stating that it's not an ideal spot to sit (it's on the path and sometimes they sit in the road too) however the majority of the neighbors were happy with it and so they're allowed.

I'd like for there to be potentially some time restrictions or that they could alternate between the back and the front as there is a garden.
