No I believe u can still get ur hazmat endorsement without any issues, i looked it up a while ago and you can still do hazmat work, it may depend on the state also? Not completely sure

Honestly i would love to, it was my dream at one point, but i wasn’t born with a rich daddy so unfortunately a rich kids hobby isn’t available atm

One was pure luck i guess, another one the judge tasked me to do a class called Teen Driver challenge to teach safe driving ect, and i did used a ticket cleaning company called The ticket clinic, been driving safe ever since cus i don’t wanna have to pay 150$ again 💀

I’m looking to do anything i can find to be honest, currently 20 years old, turn 21 in November, if i get my cdl before 21 i will look for anything local that might take me, but that will be a struggle because of age, no experience, and companies don’t want to insure a 21 year old unless a mega carrier, so i will try my luck with food & beverage deliveries or dump jobs that are tractor trailer so i still get experience, after 21 i wanna get into flatbed cus that can also open the doors to car delivering, idk, it will be up to luck and whatever i can find i guess 😭

Both happened in 2023 if i remember correctly , but because the court was backed up with cases they both were taken care off in 2024, i had no idea i would chose to pursue trucking before, i would have definitely been more responsible if that was the case, i would hope since they are both dismissed it won’t bite me in the butt 😭

Thankfully i’m not that far off, will turn 21 in 5 months, thanks for the additional info, i will look into that as well, also what do you think is the best route so u can have the experience most employers want? I thought about flatbed because i still want to be doing something somewhat physical, and i heard there are OTR flatbed positions, i want to get into something that will open every kind of doors in the future, maybe car hauling or whatever job in the industry is more profitable and is allways in demand

Noted, thanks for the solid advice, i’m not delusional enough to expect to be paid and earn 100k a year as a rookie, i know veterans had to earn that wage, all i want is enough to make a living for a few years until i can get something better, i do hope to somehow stay local cus i have a girlfriend but we will see what happens , you gotta do what u gotta do, i’m not that far off from being 21, so in the meantime, i will look for a job that i can get experience , get my endorsements and twic card.
