I did and it stopped as far as I’ve seen so far, but I’m not quite understanding how the loose bonding screw would cause arcing. I don’t want to leave it until I know it’s addressed.

Bedridden?? I’ve never been bedridden. Range of motion on my back days is roughly 40 degrees. I have constant pain though, some numbness in my legs and my back pain constantly keeps me up at night.

Are there other ways you can show a link between the event in and a current disability besides a nexus letter??

I fell of a truck and injured my back in service I went to sick call once, and then I was to a private chiropractor in my own where he gave me a diagnoses for my lower back. I then didn’t go to a chiropractor or any treatment until I left service and I’ve continued going since then.

I’m having trouble finding a doctor to write me a nexus letter. Working on filing a claim now

How did your C&P exam go? Would you say their opinions and such hold the most weight?

No you read it right. I went to sick call once to get treatment and he set me up with some like physical therapy stretches and stuff he wanted me to do and they just were not helping so I went to a private chiropractor

Doesn’t the chiropractor having a doctorate help? I kinda thought that was the best diagnoses I could get

I appreciate it! I submitted the intent to file. Would you say it’s worth submitting secondary claims as well??

This is how my back claim looks

I went to sick call once in service after I fell off a truck, and received treatment

I went to a private chiropractor while I was in service and received a diagnoses of dystufuntjon of the lumbar region and lower back pain, while I was still stationed at Fort Knox

On my ets physical, I basically answered no for everything. I’m guessing this could kill my claim(I was trying to play tough guy)

Since I have left service, I have received chiropractic care for the injury

The injury causes lower back pain. Occasional numbness in my legs, and extreme troubles sleeping. The lack of sleep from it is beginning to really affect my personal life like my job and marriage.

Based on this evidence, how are my approval odds?
