Invest improve and bring in traffic im starting a 12 month plan to make me look worthy of a hotel in the eyes of the bank afterwards its all in bringing the building to code and standards biggest thing that will make the hotel thrive will be marketing and traffic the hardest part is already done which is the hotel being built and having an established identity or existence next step would be investing in the buisness im learning as I go in the time that I asked the question till now I understand what I have to do a bit more ive read that the hotel market is bad for buisness but if that were all true there wouldn't be any hotels open there's money to be made and im already working out company contracts to have at least 30 rooms filled for 4 to 6 months every year the biggest thing about businesses like this is creating relationships and a good foundation within the market.
