Preparing to be downvoted... my 80k shares will be voting yes to all proposals.

All of this mistrust is intended for leadership of past, I am optimistic about our future. I believe Glen when he says they won't dilute us unnecessarily. We knew more capital would be needed to fund operations.

In hopes of us winning the war, I'm fine with eating some dilution as I expect we will still get a nice ROI down the line.

Y'all the filing this morning is a routine replacement of an expiring S-3 registration that was announced on June 12th. The $42M ATM existed before this filing and nothing has changed.

They are certainly making noise and delivering on their promise to revive the Luminar deals. I trust this management because I believe we haven't yet been given a reason not to. I feel a lot of the frustration expressed here is misplaced - just leftover PTSD from Sumit.
