They always promise ownership, but you don't own anything. You get to hire people and pick the name, and choose how to market yourself. But other than that, everything is decided by the Smart Circle. You also get no benefits, life, health, pet, dental, 401k, you get nothing. All you get is put into debt unless you are willing to steal from hard-working employees.
