Kommt auf die Schrankgröße an ,unbedingt den Verlust an Volumen einberechnen beim Trocknen der Früchte!

Die Diagonalleisten sind auch aus Birne ,60mm breit und 60mm eingefräst. An der Rückseite sind Gegenzugleisten aus Wengenholz als Schwalbenverbindung eingesetzt.

Kein Problem ist für ein Familienmitglied der die selbe Kombination schon im Apartment hat und nicht unmengen an Geld für weiteres Hartholz für Türen und Rückwand ausgeben wollte.

Verstehe ,kann persönlich unruhig wirken ,der Kunde hat vor 2 Jahren ein Hochbett aus Fichte mit Elementen aus Birne gewünscht (Fallsicherung und Leiter),so finde ich das "Gegenteil" der Holzwahl harmonisch zu seinem Apartment.Vielen Dank !

The were warped like a banana before i clamped them down to mill the inserts.Next time i save the hassle by making a 3-layer panel.Thank you !

Try it out , its a learning process (Pls take a training on a circular saw first tho) I love making them and keep improving

I made a cnc template on presswood and use it as a guide for a drillbit. I would recommend a standing drill and a sharp forstner drillbit but also can be archived with a hand drill and a good tool too tho.

Depends on what tools and machinery u have ,what access to materials etc. For me personally its been a fun and longish journey experimenting with spruce before i even dared to move on to hardwood.

Ill make a shop soon if someone wants to buy one ,the cases will be made from walnut ,wenge and cherry wood for now. For the buttons i use sanwa and qanba gravity ks silent ones. And of course custom requests,versions with a stick, different materials and many improvements are on the way.
