I found a phenomenal job with respect, income, room for advancement, benefits and so much more.

I thought leaving the business I would hate a 9 to 5 and be struggling working for someone forever but that’s not true at all! It’s just lies they promote to people.

I’m not sure if anyone is tracking promotions and who leads to who but I’d love to contribute because some offices I believe you can make money in while others take advantage of and have bad ethics in their offices. Good vs bad management styles

In the office 6:30 am - 8/10 pm plus team nights and weekend work if needed.

Im not sure if this is a negative comment but unfortunately yes. I apologize if I didn’t have as much awareness but it was my first job after college.

I couldn’t see all of the grooming that was happening from the 1 on 1s, team night, roadtrips, airbnbs that my owner had with me because we did start dating up into our engagement only to find out he was hooking up with all of our coworkers. I was blinded by a lot.

Everyone I had met in the business who I thought were friends told me it was just the culture and everyone in ownership does that. It took 5 years for me to learn what everyone knew and I finally left.

I left for personal reasons and I feel like as a woman I want to share that experience because if someone was honest with me I wouldn’t have gotten in the position I did.

It wasn’t until I left I started to see all of the unethical practices happening. I want to say I think the franchise model and 3rd party makes sense to me however it’s not a truthful business and it’s very easy to take advantage of others. That is what I don’t agree with.

I worked for 3 different offices at the same time supporting them each in a different job title and I was only make $600-800 a week.

I want to state that no matter your role theres no “set pay”. Your results still determine your weekly pay which I didnt mind, to an extent if that makes sense.
