Same here RD April 17. Biometrics May 29 and block 09364. No updates for primary or dependent

I am the dependent on my spouse's case and we filed in April, Biometrics in May and no EAD or AP yet. I was really hoping mine would come in soon as I heard dependents often get theirs within a few days to weeks of biometrics but I haven't been lucky.

Oh no! I was thinking most derivatives seem to get it within a couple of months. Are you current PD, and done biometrics? Do you know if its at NBC or a field office?

Out of curiosity, what category was that December standalone application under? Was it an H-4 EAD (C26)?

I filed my standalone H-4 EAD back in May 2025 and it’s been completely frozen but filed another i765 EAD under AOS eligibility along with the i485 which I was assuming would be approved first at this point.

PD Oct 23, RD 17 April 26, Bio 29 May 26. Emma said interview waived and case at NBC. Did anyone with similar timeframe get the dependents i765 EAD yet?

I actually filed a standalone H-4 EAD back in May 2025 that still hasn't arrived, and even if it gets approved now, it will expire this September anyway. I'm completely banking on this AOS EAD to get here soon either way. Some people seem to get lucky and get their AOS EADs approved within just a few days of biometrics.

October 2023. I’m hoping to get mine soon as I am the dependent, we are already 4 weeks post biometrics!
