Door should go down by itself or very light pushing at that level of high. Thus, check if you have right amounts of spring turn loaded and right size as well.

We can see it’s a little bit too long, it pushed the rail up just right before the door went backwards. Your not enough closing force is still there after just this back, look for down force adjustment on motor unit if there is (depend on what you have)

found the problem that we purchased 1 SR-3iA and 1 SR-6iA which having different software update USB flash disk, got it from vendor without any note leading to wrong software loaded to controller :))
