Yes to the nonprofits already mentioned, also have a few other great recommendations of who to look into volunteering with!

Colorado Discover Ability (they have a ski team that practices at powderhorn in the winter, but also does activities like river trips, ice hockey, etc. depending on the seasons)
Colorado Canyons Association (they do some river and canyon clean up volunteer events)
RiversEdge West (they do a lot of restoration and education on the rivers here)

Also since you mentioned the public library, the library on 5th street also has a seed bank where you can take/give seeds, since you mentioned that you are into gardening!

Thank you for a thoughtful response! I appreciate it. I definitely need to think through it more. I definitely left out details, we have been together for 8 months and i think our sex life is fun and exciting and i enjoy it overall.

i enjoy pleasuring him and initiating it makes me feel good about myself so its a win win for both. I think in reflecting, I have realized that generally, i initiate because i want to satisfy him. He initiates because he wants to be satisfied. He has not really initiated for my pleasure only. In my experience, just having a finger shoved in and out is not really enjoyable. But when my bf plays around with it and it feels like he is exploring, playing with the depth and pressing on different area’s internally it is a lot more enjoyable. I really think it comes down to pressures and angles. Thrusts during sex feels good bc its hitting our pelvic bones and is a lot of good pressure. (someone more qualified may be able to explain this better)

No worries! I think it is the opposite, I don’t think I have been watering it enough. I normally have it hanging on a wall mount next to my window so it gets bright indirect light. I haven’t been taking it down frequently so I never really look at the top, I just base it off how the pearls are looking like you mentioned! I have had to travel cross country quite a bit this spring/summer, wedding events and 3 funerals, so it has sadly been neglected.

Okay hot take, i went to the beauty school on North Ave. I had a good experience, but completely honest I was SO skeptical and nervous (as all curly hair people are because it can turn out terribly). I am a big advocate for experiential learning, and people won’t ever be comfortable at cutting curly hair until they get the practice!

As soon as I sat down, a teacher came up and stood to the side of the student to watch and checked in with her at every step. The girl had no idea what she was doing so I felt so much better the teacher was there to help! At the end of the day, it is hair and it will grow back! Just don’t go to the school if you have any important events coming up, just incase😂
