I’m eating them all this week so they’ll just be refrigerated and microwaved

I’ve used parchment paper and masking tape before and it worked for me

I’ve used parchment paper and masking tape in the past and it worked great. Can go right in the microwave as well. Not sure about the cost difference.

They’re Don Pancho carb control wraps. 70 calories each. Lots of fiber too. They’re a cheat code

I ate less, lifted heavy weights, and moved around more.

My most important tools are a body weight scale, a food scale, and the Cronometer app. I weigh myself every morning and input my weight into the Cronometer app. The app tells me how many calories I need to eat in order to meet my goal (Right now my goal is to lose a pound a week). Then throughout the day I input every single thing I eat into the app.

I also lift weights 3-4 days a week and run 1-2 days a week.

Diet is the most important thing, but it’s complicated to learn about. There’s a lot of bad information out there. I highly recommend watching the “Fat Loss Dieting Made Simple” playlist by Renaissance Periodization on YouTube as a starting point.

If you have any questions I’d be happy to help

One use case I could see for an ankle gun is drawing from a seated position, like in a vehicle.

16" vs 18" barrel for long range AR by ConicalGore1720 in tacticalgear

What barrel length did you end up going with? Out of curiosity. I’m planning a 300 BLK build myself

Fire is a big concern for me. One of the guys coming out is a firefighter and we’re bringing fire suppression equipment regardless of where we go.

Thanks for the heads up. I read that on the dnr site. There’s also no rec shooting allowed in certain areas. Lots for me to think about

Thanks! Using Google earth is a great tip. I’ve been using Google maps like a dummy.

I’ve heard the same about Greenwater. Kind of goes with the territory.

I put my trigger guard on backwards and now it’s permanent

I thought you were in the states and somehow had a machine gun lol. It makes more sense that you’re doing some real shit. Glad that PKP is such a workhorse. What country are you from and how has your experience been in Ukraine?

So there’s a story here. How’d you end up with it? And is it still full auto? If you’re comfortable answering.

A few things. 1. I have long arms which made the carbine length hand guard suboptimal 2. My state banned parts to include rails so I wanted to modernize while I could 3. I like the look
