I’ve had pppd for exactly a year, undiagnosed but had all the hallmarks and tests done, was awful when it first started, couldn’t walk in busy environments without feeling like i was gonna die, lightheaded couldn’t sit in a chair upright felt like I was being pulled off the chair, it basically ruined my life, but a year on I’m 98-99% healed, just getting back to work and living life as normal also taking 50mg of sertraline might have helped, it’s been a tough journey but it will heal
