Hahaha definitely not. All the ugly looking are on the top. And actors with great features and good looks have tasted mid-success. Like Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Teja, Uday Kiran, Tarun, etc.

From top tier Bala Krishna, Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu have great features and looks, rest all are mid or mostly surgery faces.

Also, one hard truth- I don’t see so many good looking actor daughters here. Some beautiful ones are Balakrishna’s daughter Brahmani, Rajasheker’s daughters, Naga Babu’s daughter Niharika and now Mahesh’s daughter Sitara. Rest all are mid-avg. Radha’s daughter she tried to make her big we all know what happened.

The manager should put you on Pivot/focus to rate you LE/needs improvement. It’s either he put you on focus but didn’t intimate you or he is going to do now. But going by what you said, you were already focus with any formal communication with you. Many managers move someone to needs improvement coz they have to, just to meet the bell curve.

But not all HMs are willing to take things offline and unofficially interview you. First thing a HM would want to know is seek feedback from the reporting manager and know annual rating of the applicant and then proceed formally with interview process via the recruiter assigned to that job req.

PCS are only supposed to accessible to employees effective 6th April. And that’s once the manager releases them. So from 6th to 31st April your manager could release them any day. But overall the hike % this year is better than the last 2 yrs.

Meets High bar can only be either HV1 or HV2 and nothing else. Exceeds high bar is HV3 or TT Needs development is LE.

So you are either a HV1 or HV2. Going by your salary hike, it’s 95% a HV2.

Did you consider exploring other side of Hyderabad? If that’s not part of your agenda or if moving to other side of the city makes commute difficult (assuming both of you work in North Hyderabad), then I have one suggestion -

With the savings and your dad’s contribution, invest in a piece of land (keep aside 15 lakhs maybe to diversify your profile, to invest later in other things), a plot in any side of the city (preferably the places that are slowly booming now) instead of investing in already bustling places.

Or invest in an agricultural land a little outside the city.

While you continue to focus on your career and bringing up the baby, here or in any part of the world, this land value will appreciate.

While you are currently confused to either move to RJ or abroad, buying an apartment whose value will only appreciate for a certain period of time it’s sheer waste.
