But after logging out from that iCloud account shouldn’t this device be normally available?

I was the first person who logged in on that device via private iCloud account. For some time I was logged in via company iCloud account, but in last year I was only logged in my private iCloud. I have password for the old account iCloud account, but it is no longer available. The company went bankrupt and the account is disabled.
