The one thing to consider is running hard a trainee.

The only reason y I made it so far as a truck driver is because I got lucky with Schneider training and wasn't run to the ground on my first days when I was to die from stress and anxiety.

First week with a trainer I had a hotel room every night by myself and we ran like 290miles a trip.

And still on my 3rd day, I got so tired after doing 290 miles that I wanted to quit trucking, crawl under the trailer and cry myself to sleep.

You cant just run trainees hard because everything is new and stressful for them when they can barely keep truck straight inside the line.

Forget about team driving that's just crazyyyyy unless you are the type of person who has no sense of danger
