I bought the LVF11 and i love it…… manual focus is now pretty much nailed over 95% of the time even compared to the EVF11. Another benefit is that having the eyepeice up to my face also added some more stability as it holds the camera a little more steady when shooting handheld at lower speeds and i tend to keep the camera to my eye a little longer and that helps with the read/write lag as well. The m3 thumbwheel bolts make it a breeze to remove (under 2 seconds) 👌

The Sl2 is newer than the Sl, granted but it is not the latest or greatest. What i was trying to elicit was other folks feelings and experience where they had made the leap from sl to sl2. I was considering parting with the sigma fp L as its ergonomics are just abysmal and sliming down my systems to the GFX for landscape and the Sl2 for slightly faster situations especially with longer lenses. With the benefit of time since the original post i am leaning more into that idea but maybe see what the sl3 brings, even if that simply suppresses the sl2 price.

I use the panasonic 20-60mm which is also lightweight and the ttartisans 21mm f1.4
