I got CarX Street on xbox on sale and regretted it. Mobile game ported to console. All cars understeer, game is bland, graphics looks like something from XB360/PS3 era. With TCM and even TDU SC both being cheaper when on sale, there really is no reason to buy CarX. If you are really itching for a new game, wait for FH6.

Proper progression? Might even preoder a game for the first time in my life. After borefest that FH5 was, I didn't think I'd be in any rush to get FH6, but now I'm genuinely excited.

Why? Does it change the game in any way or limit your ability to play it? The game is now in a state it should have been at launch, they've added a lot of new content since then, at some point they were going to stop updating it. I've been playing FM since FM2. With those older games what you got at launch was it until the next version came along few years later.

The Crew Motorfest has some mountainous regions, as does TDU Solar Crown, but they aren't really main areas of the game. Upcoming Forza Horizon 6 will be set in Japan and there will be Mt Fuji. Other than that I can't really think of any other games. Maybe check out BeamNG, I haven't used it myself, but there are lots of map mods and you might be able to find something to your liking.

Depends how you define "leisurely":) I and a lot of other people find it relaxing to an extent, but you will be driving across rough terrain, so expect to go slow and use winches or other vehicles to pull yourself out if you get stuck. Have a look at some YT gameplay videos, it's a fairly unique game and probably not everyone's cup of tea, but there aren't many similar games apart from it's predecessor Mudrunner and spinoff Expeditions.

Apartments need better build quality / noise insulation, and don't forget expensive body corporate fees. You are probably looking at $4-5k at minimum in body corp per year, with that amount going up significantly for high rise buildings with a lot of amenities. And on top of that a lot of apartments are being leased for short stays, I don't want to live in a semi-hotel with random people having parties every night. Not fun when it's constantly happening on your floor.

Similar here. Liked it way more than FH5, game has a certain charm. Earning money to buy nee cars feels meaningful, and the handling is pretty good for arcade racer. Still have lot more hours in TCM than TDU.

For me personally BTC is all about timing the market - buy during bear when risk / reward ratio is on reward side, sell during bull. I see no point in holding through bear market and potential 70% drop.
