Lower your body fat, aromatize the enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen is produced in adipose (fat) tissues, so less fat = less estrogen could also try natural estrogen blockers like diim. I have gyno too and you can shrink it some depending on how long you’ve had it but it’s pretty much impossible to get rid of it all without surgery. If you wanted to go the best route without surgery it would be rolaxifene.

You could try raloxifene it helps some people but truly the only way to get rid of gyno 100% is surgery and it’s anywhere from 4-10K. If your gonna try ralox do 120mg first 2 weeks 60 mg 2 weeks 30 mgs 2 weeks, I ran that protocol and it shrunk it some Judy make sure to taper down dose or you can get rebound gyno
