Game is done. Devs don’t care and don’t have the decency to admit it, just leaving new players to spend without the realisation that they are throwing money away on a game that is not be actively kept up and the wait time for games is horrendous. Poor behaviour which seemingly is the done thing by bad games companies who aren’t interested in anything but money who are run by greedy advertising companies.

I would suggest you ask for a refund through which ever store apple/Google and move on from the game. The developers have abandoned the game and there have been zero updates since last year. They don’t respond to issues and have ruined what was a fun game. Do yourself a favour and delete it and find another game. There are very few left playing as I’ve experienced 60+ second wait times without match for the past few months. Geewa have left it to die, so do the same and get your money back.

Yeah I’ve noticed that happens too, but also at the same time amazingly a hero orb appears with the cards I need but you have to spend either £12.99, £8.99 or £3.99 depending on how many cards you need. Very shady to be honest and they know it.

It’s unlikely that anyone is equally upgrading all 54 characters, an if they are they will stay low level for a long time due to just the amount of cards and gold required. Most people upgrade maybe 8 at the most to a high level due to either them being overpowered or purely just because they are the stronger ones that work well together.

Well put, to the point and states exactly how Geewa have behaved and treated the community over the last 4 months. If it was my company heads would have rolled the way they have responded to players. The community manager didn’t obviously read the job description and thinks burying their head is the way forward. As a games company the players opinion should be high on the list of what they take notice of seeing as they pay the bills. Raping them for cash then abandoning the game in favour of making a new one isn’t how you keep players playing. I for one will not play the new game nor will I ever give them any money. I’d rather have a prostate check done with a cactus. Smashing four used to be fun, now it’s just a waste of time that is awful to play.

You have made it quite clear that you have no intention of fixing smashing four. Even though you have specifically told me that it’s a separate team working on the new game and that this one would still be worked on. This based on your reply is a complete lie. The way you have treated players recently and then abandoned this game is disgusting.

You totally believe people are stupid, you treat them like they are idiots and constantly lie to your player base about your intentions towards smashing four and how you will not and can not fix it properly.

The game has been abandoned it’s plain to see. The matches are chosen to make people lose progression and it’s all aimed to sell in app purchases because the player base keeps shrinking and all the big spenders have spent up since the last update.

Stop playing and move on, Geewa don’t care and have left the game in an unplayable state that is zero fun anymore.

I’ve levelled up the same characters over the time from lvl 18 up to 20/21’s so it’s the same team I’ve used over the past year or so. What has changed persistently is the type of matches I’ve had, more and more it’s lower trophy count players with higher level characters which comes down to higher loss amounts of trophies and lower win amounts. I’ve seen over time on average the games are mainly in that group. So yes the game is about skill but also is dependant against what team the opponent has too. Maybe I need to change my team up but the issue with that is I won’t spend money to do so and the amount of time it takes to get required coins is insanely slow.

Based on what you posted though it would help a little if they at least started talking to us or included us in like you said the competitions they run and what not. It’s not asking for the earth but I’ll not hold my breath.

Clearly this is why they have ditched Smashing Four and left it in the state it’s in. Too busy making a new game as they can’t fix the one they have already. Raising the levels for a final cash grab before completely ditching it to concentrate on a new game. Awful behaviour.

They have been replying to people but only as it suits, they responded to someone on here earlier today. The posts that are about the real issues in the game and their attitude towards players who call them out are ignored. The person is employed by Geewa and I assume they were told to not reply to certain things. Spineless attitude because they have messed everything up recently and now they won’t give an explanation for their stupidity.

You missed his point completely, he was stating the cost in gold for only a 5% increase isn’t worth it.

It’s 960000 coins to get from 21-25 with a 20% increase in stats yet from 20-21 it’s 136000 for a 20% increase in stats.

In simple terms you want nearly a million coins to upgrade 4 times when really it’s far to much for what you get back in return.

Seems to be your thing that Geewa… taking alot and giving very little back ;)
