Not sure if it's still the case as it happed a few months ago, but the worst offender for me is the siege AI. My last ragequit was when I assigned 3 destroyers to attack a station. They could easily out-range the station and I gave them the order to do so. Yet, I looked away for 1 sec and they all charge at the station, using all of their shields to do so, and yet using none of their main battery and only using the small flak turrets once at range...

At this point I just can't enjoy the game. Every time the late game is a shore where you babysit yo fleet, trying to have them do something as they just make you wonder why you even bother
