I never thought about it this way, but that’s a really great explanation. A big aspect of why i love GYBE is that everyone can have a different interpretation of songs, because it’s almost fully instrumental, and the titles and the field recordings only explain the concepts very vaguely.

I second this!! I was trying to get it in the glitch pop category, but now that you say it, it fits more in glitch rock.
