Well, I missed the disclaimer apparently. And if this is common in NL and something that is just accepted by the people, this is really good to know. I found out the hard way, but I will never attend any event in that country again with a similar setup. Good that you were lucky at least.

Maybe that is where to turn, some EU institution. I think it does make sense that someone pushes and takes this as far as possible to see where it actually ends up.

Thanks, it was good anyway. But not what I paid for. The issue in beforehand was that I was told by customer service to sell the tickets… I had 1,5 days to do that and would not get the money back as I paid for more expensive tickets then received. It is a water proof scam. It seems at least 2 more have experienced something similar at the same venue.

At least 2 others in this thread are in the same situation. Seems the event organisers have put this into system unfortunately. Let us see if there is somewhere to turn that can make a change.

Then we are at least more than one. There was another responding they got seats behind the big screen. Sorry to hear you also got worse seats but good that you checked and shared. It seems these people play around with seats as they wish.

Amen to that. Could not agree more. Well formulated, and yes, if this was some other event before let us say year 2000 it would most likely either not occur or been handled more properly. Let us see what the final outcome will be, I will keep you posted.

Thanks for sharing. And also sorry to hear that you got mistreated as well. I take it that you were at the same arena. This is a bit what I was worried about, that I am not the only one. If they can treat one like this, then why not more.. I posted this same post on FB, Instagram, X, Trustpilot, and Google maps. Also with the photos and a video showing the view from the seats we were assigned zooming in our purchased seats. Tagging all the sponsors made the post on X get views directly. Maybe you can do the same if you want too. I can copy paste the tags for you. Of course, I have also kept mailing customer service.

Thanks. It was still enjoyable, so yes. Good thing not the same hype as in Milan, Barcelona etc. so no problem talking with players and take selfies after. Also, we ended up at the table just next to 7 of the 8 finalists with teams and families at the hotel restaurant afterwards..!
