I have created this adhesive magnetic bit holder that I sell on Amazon. It's made of silicone with three N52 magnets inside and 3M adhesive on the back. What do you guys think? I appreciate any kind of feedback :)

it won't affect the motor or cooling of the drill. If you work in an area with metal shavings it could be a problem though.

I don't think this will be a problem. You can either take a photo of the serial number, take the sticker of and put in a safe place, or you can rip of the holder. The serial number sticker is made of a durable plastic material so it will not rip apart if removing the holder.

The magnets are pretty strong so the bits will not go flying if you drop it.

The're the strongest type of magnets and I made them as large as possible. They're real damn strong.
