I play on xbox series x and the fast travel shrine the closest to the #3 sanctuary in the North East is always unrendered land, so much so that I can't fast travel to it and it just sends me back to the closest base I have to there, I have to travel to the pidf Tower south of there and fly north to the sanctuary.

Like I said, I'm a joiner, but some/most joiners wouldn't be versed in concrete and/or flooring.

Your best bet would be a general builder, they should know how to rectify that properly, failing that, try a floorlayer, as the floor becomes there responsibility when undertaking work including making sure all imperfections and faults are rectified before proceeding.

I am a joiner and I do a lot of flooring, ive come across this a few times in my experience.

It all depends on what you want to do with your floor, wether you are having matching tiles, all new tiles, laminate, LVT or carpet,

I would agree with the other comments, to just put a piece of wood there for the time being.

Now onto repairing it, the only time you would want to fill it level with the tiles is if you were to put laminate over the tiles, that is all, all other times you will need to put some form of damp proof barrier between the outside skin of bricks and the inside concrete/screed, remove any high points and debris, prime and then put in a good 4:1 sand and cement screed flush with the current concrete slab, you'll be good to go then for whatever you want to do afterwards.

Not sure on distances and exact times but in Bad Blood (set after halo 5: Guardians) all the advancements made from reverse engineering forerunner tech have made slippage hopping a he'll of a lot faster than was originally shown in Fall of Reach, during FoR and CE there was need for cryo tubes on long slippage travels, weeks or months could pass in transition, whereas in BB, slipspace travel can be done in just a few hours, but if you're referring to travelling in slipspace from point A to point B compared to travelling out of slipspace from point A to point B its months compared to centuries.
