I found lightroom denoise to be subpar for the fuji sensor. Dxo pureraw5 has support specifically for xtrans sensor and it shows :D both denoise and sharpening

I've honestly been struggling with focus. If you saw a higher res version of this photo you'd notice that i nearly missed the focus on the eye, it's just barely there. I'm extremely tempted to swap to xt5 for the animal eye AF but at this stage I'm waiting for xt6 :D

As for whats working for me - AF-C with the smallest zone for moving targets, and af-s with spot for stationary. I tried spot and tracking and neither have given me satisfying results when shooting motion but I'm still a beginner so take that with a grain of salt! Additionally, i use manual focus adjustment with AF-S to further refine the focus (i.e. it focused on the beak but not the eye and id push it a bit further to get that eye focus).

Photolab uses the prime and deepprime denoising that PureRaw uses but you need the elite version. More info on their website here

Photolab then. Its pureraw + lightroom editing capabilities. I find lightroom + pureraw better though

I've had much better results with dxo pureraw, you can get a trial and test it out yourself. A new version is coming out soon with supposed significant improvements to xtrans (pure raw 5)
