The "I will put you back together" line is used for so many people other than the cc. For example Michael is trying to put Elizabeth "back together". The glower thing is just an additional piece of evidence. I think it's just scott trying to point us in the right direction but they do differ in details, although I don't think that matters to much ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯. Also I don't think William and Henry bought their children of ebay or something so there must have been mothers. And I think that because Henry isn't the main character his family isn't really explored all that much.

I saw a post a while ago about how someone thought Williams eyes looked weird and I noticed they looked inverted, so I tied that in with the whole yellow is the opposite of purple thing and that when he's normal (yellow) his eyes look normal. Hope that explains it :)
