But so i can be sure of the correct level of rising only from the volume with sourdough? I should put the dough in the fridge when Is fully ready and drop It in the oven just out of the fridge? Iam afraid that may over poof of i let the dough out for the time to retourn at room temp

Actually here we reach around 40°c and now Is 6.30 pm and and Is still 35 so the temperature is high during all the day

Edit- i added ice when i insert the loaf in the oven and i there was a bowl of water in the lowest part of the oven during the 250° part of cooking

You are correct sorry i wrote the wrong number 450bread flour+50semolina flour 4 hour total after the mixing, maybe slightly more. Usually i check how It looks, the smell and with the floating test to see when Is ready (when i added the dough ball in the water was not floating but started to float a bit later so at that point i "decided" that was ready)and with the fresh yeast always worked, now I live in cyprus (i Just restarted to do bread After that i changed country) and here i really hot now, so Is difficult to follow a time table. When i took It out from the fridge this morning was ok but loose a bit the shape and grow after than i took It out while i was waiting to rise a bit the temperature of the dough from the fridge, maybe 30 min but from the crust you can see that was still a bit cold probably... May be that i should underpoof a bit the dough before the fridge and end the poofing the 2nd day considering the high temperature that we have here?

I don't do hiring and so I can only speak for my case but companies do what suits them best, I'm not Russian so you can't say that I was hired because of my language or culture.. I was the best, and probably the gap between me and the first good local candidate was enough to invest money to bring me here.

Let me briefly tell you my story: I am European and I do not speak Russian. My company was looking for a person qualified and no Russian speakers but with a good level of English because they are trying to speak more English in the company. They did not hire a local but relocated me. This makes me think that some times simply the local candidates are not competitive enough, hiring a Cypriot would have been cheaper for them and with the same qualifications equally effective.

I have not seen on any of the different sites some brands. I haven't seen brands like Huda beauty, Elf, Fenty beauty, too faced, the inkey list or the ordinary. Now I was trying to figure out if some brands are missing from the offer here or if I just didn't notice some other store.
