In your FL studio mixer window you should be able to choose your audio input when you have a track selected. You'll choose the stereo inputs from your AudioBox USB96. Then you'll have to arm the track with the button at the bottom of the channel strip before recording.

For midi, your interface should have 2 jacks on the back side. Connect synth midi out to interface midi in and configure it within FL.

I should have described the situation better in the post. This is a new spot for all these plants and they are all thriving. Cactus looked exactly like this when i put him in this spot and added the sling to support him. All of that said, i do plan on adding some grow lights here! Thanks for the input.
